The existing website felt visually outdated and lacked clear hierarchy. Jewelry was presented more like a catalog than a crafted collection, reducing emotional connection and weakening trust, a critical factor in high value jewelry purchases. Navigation and structure created friction, particularly on mobile, limiting discoverability and disrupting the path to purchase.
