The project focused on redesigning their legacy website into a modern enterprise platform capable of supporting brand credibility, regulatory disclosures, recruitment, and long term digital scalability.

The existing website was more than two decades old and no longer met modern standards for usability, accessibility, performance, or content structure. Information was fragmented across multiple sections, making it difficult for stakeholders, investors, and potential candidates to navigate, locate critical disclosures, and trust the platform.

The project began by evaluating enterprise communication patterns across construction, engineering, and publicly listed organizations to understand how institutional credibility, disclosures, and operational information are structured digitally. These insights informed a complete restructuring of the information architecture to improve clarity, discoverability, and governance readiness across all content layers.
